At Nuvero International, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. Returns are accepted for unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, a full refund will be processed, excluding original shipping charges.

Please allow 1–2 weeks for inspection and refund processing.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products not in original condition or packaging
• Products purchased through third-party sellers, distributors, or retail partners

Only products purchased directly from Nuvero International are eligible for returns through our website.

Return Conditions

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Nuvero International will cover the return shipping cost.

Proof of Return

Refunds will only be processed once the returned product is received or valid proof of return delivery is provided.

Inspection

All returned products will be inspected. Nuvero International reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the policy requirements or return unsuitable products to the customer.
